RULES
Before you request:
→ Have payment method ready. (USD!)
→ Have media/graphics/concept ready, including the size of the piece.
→ Have flexibility of deadlines, must also NOT have a strict or short deadline to follow. The artist retains the right to decline a commission if deemed unfit.
→ The artist will only do digital art at this time.
Terms and Conditions:
→ Credit the artist where it is due. If this is not followed, you will NOT be allowed to commission the artist again.
→ Prices are subject to change.
→ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or a breach of any terms.
→ The artist retains all rights to the commission, including (but not limited to): Distribution, reproduction, use of the commission for artist promotion, or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed on with the client. Artist also retains full copyright to any preliminary designs and works in the creation process.
→ The client may not alter, edit, or trace the commission without explicit written consent, or as agreed upon before starting the work.
→ The artist will NOT take on politically charged requests, NSFW work, a copy of other artist styles, or otherwise inappropriate requests.
→ Do NOT use the artist's work for any AI-generated content. A breach of this condition will result in immediate termination of any commission and a blacklisting of the client, meaning the client cannot request a commission again.
→ The client must pay an up-front fee after the approval of the commission draft. This will be part of the price, which will be paid when the artwork is finished.
→ The commission may be withheld until an agreement is formed, or if the up-front fee is not paid.
→ A complex commission will incur additional fees, which includes the size of the piece. This will be discussed prior to the start of work.
→ Prices are negotiable, however, there is a limit to how much a piece can be reduced; if the client is unable to pay, the commission will either be cancelled, or will be adjusted to match the payment.
